Best clinic in all Montreal. The vets here are very professional and they are very good.
Very positive experience. My cat was dying and they helped a lot. True professionals. They care about animals (but not trying to sell you some unnecessary service and squeeze extra penny like other clinics do).
Had to take my oldest cat, Maya there as an emergency. They are very friendly and understanding. Had to put her down and they gave me as much time I needed with her. Being on a strict budget, it costs but they work with you. They are close to home and will definitely take my other 2 furbabies to them.
If I could give this vet (Hochelaga) clinic a zero star I would. The vet there have misdiagnosed my cat and my dog.Do NOT bring your pet there because I believe they do it on purpose to get you to pay $$ for unnecessary procedures & I'm convinced they lack proper knowledge. Let's not forget the suffering your pet has to endure uselessly at the hands of these money making fools.#1 incident) Was told my cat had a big cavity that had to be removed asap ($$$). Not convinced, I brought her elsewhere; 3 other vets contradicted this diagnosed.#2 incident) Brought in my dog for a routine check-up. Was told he had a bladder stone. Took Xray. Confirmed small stone. Bought urinary special food and Cerenia (anti-nausea med....despite my dog not vomiting). Bought prescription medication at vet clinic. However, prescribed medication actually made my dog more ill. (I had actually called the vet 2x to relate this and to tell him that my dog was vomiting/diarrhea and not eating. Was told that it was part of the medication's side effects but normal and to continue treatment).Feed up, we brought our dog to another vet. Was told that the medication given was making my dog terribly sick. Was ultimately given wrong medication ! My beautiful dog was suffering from liver failure. Long story short. He passed away 1 week later. Called vet Hochelaga clinic (back) and they refuse all responsibility and have since then, ignored my calls/emails/letters. Beware of this place. Very unprofessional and lack compassion.
I have never felt more satisfied with another vet than with the service this vet has provided!!! they were gentil and caring, provided useful tips and sugestions and I left with my cat feeling a sigh of relief which in my case is not usually something felt after a visit to the vet. I highly recommend this vet clinic based on my 1st visit with them Good luck to anyone facing hard times
