A girl who was looking after my dog accidentally tied her ear with an elastic band and my dog wouldn't stop crying when I even touched her ear... Took her to this vet clinic for the first time and they got a vet to see her IMMEDIATELY! Got the elastic off in 5 minutes, and despite her aggression (due to the pain...), they were very professional and super friendly!!
Crazy prices! They are not compassionate towards people in difficult situations. All they want is money. The health of animals comes 2nd.
Petite clinique de quartier trs sympathique qui soignent, en autres, les animaux exotiques. Le personnel est trs professionnel et attentionn.
Le personnel est trs doux et trs attentionn. De trs bons conseils et aussi de bon conseils pour viter le pire pour votre animal et votre porte monnaie. Ce n'est pas donn mais le service derrire en vaut la peine. Entre la premire prise d'information avec l'assistante, la vtrinaire et l'aide d'un dernier assistant, le personnel pris une heure au total avec nous et notre lapine.
Why did the old reviews disappear? Oh I get it. Some of them were negative! Well... overpriced and most of the time incompetent. Why pay 100$+ (more realistically: 200$+) for a checkup? How can less than 1hr of human work be worth that much? They're neither that bright, nor that knowledgeable, nor that skilled, nor that hard-working. My experience with them convinced me to never have pets again as long as I'm living in Quebec. Greedy, opportunistic and unethical. For those of you who don't know: PM Philippe Couillard is one of the main shareholders of this horrible company.
