Avoid this place at all costs. Man handles the burgers with his hands. I did not see one time he washed them. The manager or employee told me that it is not mandatory to have gloves. They think that gloves spread more disease that somebodys hands who hasnt washed them since I was watching him make the food. Something is screwed up with these people. Also the food workers have an attitude problem (especially the panini girl) retrain some of your employees for customer service. All I wanted was ice in a cup for my come and she wanted to charge me .50.

For my wife's pregnancy, we consistently waited for over an hour to two hours each time we had an appointment checkup. Our appointments were always at 7am! How is it that we arrive so early and consistently have to wait this long! Who runs this place?

If I could remove that only star I would,,,Very slow service,,we waited so long for just an appointment for my 2 month of age baby that all day was crying so bad ,,, from 8:30pm to 3:30 in the morning ,my son was crying my wife started crying We were so tired,,I went to talk to nurse OMG they think they are God ,what an attitude,so rude,I explain the situation and I got my answer IS SO NORMAL ,, oh God,,,we left the hospital without seeing the doctor because for 2 months of age waiting so long in hospital is equal to get virus and getting more sick,,that's shouldn't be the way to treat new parents in Canada without having any help. I WAS SO Disappointed I HOPE I NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL,, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN HOSPITAL IN MY LIFE. AS A FATHER I FEEL THAT I COULDN'T do anything for my son.

They saved my 18-month old daughter's life. We went there on a Wednesday afternoon and coming from the ER triage, my daughter received immediate care. Within one hour of our arrival, she was in the OR. She received impeccable care from her resident surgeon, doctor, and all the nurses that came to check on her. At her follow-up appointment, we only waited for 20-30 minutes. During that time, they have a wonderful room filled with toys and activities to occupy the children. There are several volunteers that are willing to make their stay as traumatic free as possible. There was a bit of a language barrier at the ER triage, but it did not impede on the level of care received. I can't thank Dr. Quintal, Dr. Erica (sorry, I don't know her last name!), and her team enough. As well as the kind radiologists that were sensitive and gentle with my child. You saved two lives that day. Thank you.

Im 15 years old, and the doctors, nurses, and the entire staff here is out of this world!!!!I've been coming here all my young life and was always treated amazingly. They always go beyond to make you feel better:) they even saved my life 6 years ago..... thank you so very much to the whole staff of Ste-Justine
