The gym is small but clean... They are offering new 19 $ promo for the next two months.. The registration charges are high like 114 $ and monthly around 50$ :( happy with the Y in my neighbourhood

Very good small gym. Very well located (if you work in the area). Never crowded, very friendly staff, new equipment and always clean. Monthly fee is above the average though. The registration fee still doesn't make sense to me.
I'm really happy with my gym, I lost 10 pounds in just 2 months. The trainer also put me on a great meal plan which is making a big difference. Great gym, great equipment and great workout atmosphere. Definitely gets an A+++ from me.
Well, this is my gym and the only gym I have used more than a day since moving North. Is this the best gym in North America? No. Is this the best gym in Montreal? I have no idea, but this is what I know. Its fairly priced and has everything one needs if looking to get in shape. I never had any problem with any of the staff or fellow members. I recommend it to anyone looking to do so something good for ones health.
