Clean and very accessible near the Atwater Market. Good service from nice people. I will not go anywhere else now that I know about this place
Only one loading bay. Makes it difficult to load and unload especially when there is a line up.
I used this place for two years and Im very happy with their services. They always keep in touch with you. They send you monthly emails and if there is an issue they inform you of it quickly. The main entrance is a little steep but if that posses an issue they have a secondary loading dock on the same level as the ground floor. After a lot of research I came to find out that they arent expensive. Especially for the different sizes and selections they offer. It is a great place to store your things.
Bad. They messed up the records and thought my locker should be empty, so they cut my padlock and went through my personal items, took my ID card from storage and kept in their office unprotected. Felt really awful, it doesn't give me any sense of security.The local staff's evasive answers didn't help much to improve the poor impression left from this sequence of mistakes.I already found another storage company with which I'm much more satisfied. Better location too.
