I dealt personally with Amy herself, Maggie and Sarah and each of them were quick, effective and delivered exactly what I needed. Highly recommend them on any residential / commercial project.

Unprofessional. When asking information for a project being built, I am told that the website of the condo building itself is inaccurate and was redirected to a site they claimed to have right information. I was basically redirected to the site of the group of realtors, which had no information about the project I was looking for.We noticed that a lot of the information was contradicted by one specific person in the Amy Assad group.Instead of assisting us, the lady claimed we were "attacking" her because we were asking in dept questions. She was ill-informed and we saw right through her. She tried charging us extra for things that were included when we had come the previous week and talked with her colleague.I believe they act as a sorority contrairly to a real estate group.Update regarding owner's answer: Don't assume that I am a man because I gave you a bad review based on your team's training.I am very much a woman, too dissatisfied to consider dealing with any of your team members again.ThanksRe update:Change the reply. You assumed I was man because I complained, then changed your reply to seem adequate online.Instead of spending time on Google reviews, make sure your team has the proper knowledge to represent your name.Also, if you want to prove professionalism, I think that should start with proper grammar.
Background: I am looking to buy a house in the next 3 months; I found a place that I thought was perfect and unfortunately it was listed with Amy Assaad. Naturally I tried to set up an appointment to go and view the place and I had to call 4 times, send several emails, and leave multiple messages --Amy NEVER once got back to me. Eventually I got a call back from one of her assistants who provided me with no pertinent information, and also would not return my follow-up calls. I guess they were too busy for me since I wasn't purchasing one of their over-priced luxury listings!I truly wonder how this firm is among the best in Montreal with such terrible customer service!!
