Very quick to come and fix my leaky toilet. The guys were very knowledgeable, did the job efficiently for a great price, and were quickly able determine the issue, fix it, and to explain it to me.
I have to start by saying that I have not been serviced by your plumbing company and I dont plan on it either.Certainly not after sitting next to one of your employees (wearing the company shirt) the other night. All I could hear was a terribly spoken employee. Just complaints about the job and the customers, one after the next with just about the worst of words.
Called at 6:30pm and left a message that my bathtub was leaking through the ceiling of my downstairs neighbour. I was called back within 15 minutes and asked if it was an emergency... if yes they could come immediately (at time and a half - after hours..).. if I could wait until the morning.. regular rate... as the leak was from the drain and we did to need to use the bath again that night... we said we could be there in the morning... perfect... was called at 8am and told that it might only be in the afternoon... ok... however was called back a few minutes later saying that they could come right away..Nicolas and his apprentice David arrived around 8:30... very polite and professional... took off their boots and put down blankets to protect the carpets.... had to redo the pipes under the tube... was given detailed explanations of the problem and what was needed to fix it... they were done by 10:30. they cleaned up and took out the waste pipes.. their work is guaranteed and I will most definitely have them come back for any other issues that might come up... very very pleased ! excellent service !!
This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I called on Tuesday to make a reservation for Friday and they told me they will come between 9-12 in the morning. I waited and waited and they never showed up. I called them and they told me they would come in an hour -- of course, that is a lie! If I were you, do not bother with this place. I thought being a Plumber is an honest trade -- definitely not this company. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.
refused to come fix my hot water tank without explicit consent from landlord who is out of town. I guess they don't want my money.
