I thought this was going to be a green or eco friendly pet store. Not at all. No vrac products and everything is in wasteful plastic containers that cannot be recycled. They should chnage their name or own up to their name and refuse to stock wasteful brands like acana whose bags cannot be recycled.
High end pet foods, great selection of treats and amicable and knowledgeable staff. I have been struggling with my cat and her fickle food, but they have no trouble taking bag open food and returning my money, I now found the solution so I appreciate their patience. Good selection of food, clean and tidy space, fair pricing as well. Keep up. The good business.
