Booked the booth for 17 girls for my bachelorette. On the day of, I was told someone else paid more for the booth and they would have to move us. No problem, I understood. When we got to the club, we were in a decent sized booth. 30 minutes later they sat the other side of the booth with a group of men, leaving no room for us to dance and enjoy ourselves. The girls serving us paid no attention to us, probably because they thought we werent going to tip them well. Little did they know we were all in the industry. Music was great, the space is great, and the experience of the club is amazing, but the service garbage.
Overall a great show, ambiance and most of the staff were friendly. However, I had an issue with my expected level of service in regards to receiving water and when I expressed this to my server she became verbally upset and caused a scene in front of my group. I would have expected her to approach the issue more calmly rather than make an awkward scene in front of my group. She could have got her manager or perhaps it was a misunderstanding of what I wanted. Understandably the club was crowded and very busy maybe she had a bad night although, I believe her conflict resolution skills could be improved.
Huge club amazing ambiance. amazing staff especially the girls that bring you bottle service. so beautiful and dance amazing. great crowd mixed age of 21 to 40 but good looking people :) will definitely be heading back. even the door men where very nice.
The place is fun but I dont see this club lasting for so long (once more options are available, they will be history). Making a reservation is pointless because it doesnt guarantee access to the club, as they have the most ridiculous security staff ever. You must be rocking designer brands clothing (Gucci, Versace, D&G, etc.,) to even receive attention at the line and then it comes to if they like you and most importantly how much money youre willing to spend. People would jump the line and walk in while others that have been respectfully standing/waiting would get ignored. For marketing purposes, they like to keep the crowd standing outside. Favoritism at its peak, if you know someone at the door or you have any inside contacts, they will undo the rope for you in a heartbeat. People that are willing to spend more will be honored at the door and others in line, with reservations can wait. They lie that once the capacity is no longer at the maximum, they will let you in. However, when someone they know shows up, capacity is no longer an issue, they walk them in. Its simply a business with no ethics and employees that have no values, no principes. An employer that would make me work against the universal values of integrity isnt needed.
Terrible experience. Walked in the crew caffe and walked down at 8pm. We were amazed to discover such a cool looking place only to be kicked out by a rude manager who wouldn't even let us take a photo in the hallway. He told us we can come back at 10pm. Came back at 10pm only to be turned down at the door because one of us had all black Nike shoes. Guys at the security were polite but the overall experience is zero.
