I stay here most times when I'm in town on business and am generally quite pleased with the hotel. Recently I stayed with my family while on vacation and was equally happy with our accomodations. The rooms are decent size and beds are comfy. The hotel is in a good central location. I really like the fitness centre. It's very well equipped and is open 24 hours. I don't usually use the pool, but did this last time as I had my three year old son with me. He also really liked the kids play area that they have in the fitness centre. Customer service could be improved some though. I don't always find the front desk staff to be as friendly and welcoming as I've come to know with Marriott brands.
Love staying at Delta hotels, they're pet friendly and that is primarily why I originally chose to stay with them. This hotel is clean and comfy. I liked the bed so much I bought one. Rooms are a good size and having a balcony is a nice feature. Ameinities are great and location is central for everything I need to visit when I'm in Montreal..
It is kind of noisy with the A/C or heat system on. Also, it takes quite a while for the elevators to come during busy time. There's always a group people from the tour standing in front of the entrance blocking everyone which is kind of inconvenient, otherwise it's a good stay. The room itself is big and cozy. Staff are nice and helpful.
Fantastic experience! The building was beautiful, modern, and full of great amenities. The staff were also wonderful and made it feel like hybrid between home and a palace. A special shoutout to the gentleman working at the on-site Enterprise rental office! I will definitely put these folks at the top of my list for "places to stay" during my future visits to Montreal.
Excellent service and location. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very accommodating and answered all of our questions without any hesitation. I had an incident where bolt holding my bike rack to my car had come lose. They called in the janitor and he helped me tighten the bolt. They also held on to my bikes and luggage with no charge after I checked out so that I could enjoy the rest of the day in the city without lugging my stuff around. I highly recommend this location. Kudos to the staff and keep it up!
