INCREDIBLY rude on the phone - I was trying to enlist their services in helping me to apply for permanent residence, but was told in a rude tone that 'they are a business, they are a law firm'. When I explained that that was exactly what I was looking for, suddenly the tone changed and they told me their fees. I couldn't imagine doing business with someone this rude and tactless.
